If the case is covered by the warranty, all components as well as time and labour necessary to replace them are free of charge. If the case is not covered by the warranty or the warranty period has alreavy expired, we are also ready to help you, but you will have to pay for components purchased and for replacement procedures. You may always rely on our professional support and high-quality solution for any problem.
The warranty liabilities are listed in the technical data sheet available in the scope of delivery. The warranty period for all ELARTUM doors is 2 years.
