Warranty
To ensure long and trouble-free service life for your door, pay attention to the key rules for installation listed below. If these rules are observed, the risk of an event covered by the warranty or other disputable matter becomees minimal.
Never install doors during or before repair activities (such as plastering, painting, wallpaper hanging, tiling etc.) or within three days upon completion of these activities. During installation, always observe the heat-insulating requirements (arrangement of heat-insulating jambs). Installation procedures shall be performed under normal conditions (humidity, temperature, room ventilation).
Please pay attention that, to ask for warranty service, you must submit the warranty card, the sales cheque and the data sheet. Also, the warranty is valid only if the door was installed in accordance with applicable requirements by certified installers.
When you buy ELARTUM doors, the warranty period is 2 years.
